[GSA Council] Motion for GSA accessibility

 Motion:
BIRT to improve GSA accessibility, the executives do research on the other
student organizations on campus or elsewhere in terms of accessibility.
Provide specific emails and business cards for directors, do meet and greet
in all Faculty buildings. Prepare podcasts in which the GSA council meeting
minutes are explained in plain language for GSA members at most 10 days
after each council meeting, and validate the CSU media model.
