[GSA Council] April GSA Council Meeting

Hello,

Since I most probably will have tutorial from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on
Wednesday, if the meeting starts earlier, I could attend until 2:15. So, it
could also help me to attend some part of the meeting.
