Whats the next most accessible date. If I was not on it I will try and change my schedule.

Reminder that we still need to find a suitable date for April. I am amazed at how much flexibility I have allowed with days/times and still we cannot put a meeting date together.

Apr 4 Wed 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM 7 councillors

I urge you all to consider re-working your schedules (if at all possible) to try to make one of these dates work. We need at least 2 more councillors for one of these dates.
