[GSA Council] Executive bursaries

Hello all, my interpretation/opinion of the bylaws is that if a council
meeting cannot take place due to inability to secure quorum, then the
executives should be able to receive their bursaries. If however the
council wishes the executives can submit their monthly reports to me by
email and I will set up an online motion (with all the reports attached)
and have you vote by email on their bursaries. I think it is important for
council to maintain oversight over the executives work, but I will leave
this for you to decide. Based on the replies I receive I will act
accordingly.

Please reply with your thoughts on how to handle this important matter ASAP.
