[GSA Council] ***New Meeting Dates for March

Hi Carlos,

I doubt it that we'll be able to reach quorum for the March meeting, but I
think that we should find a way to meet regardless.

We could attempt to make an amendment to the bylaws and include the section
on moral quorum via email. Is there a procedure in place to do that,
Carlos? If we must absolutely wait until we meet to modify the bylaws, then
we might as well call it a day since it clearly seems that we won't be able
to meet before the end of our mandate (taking into Thufile's point on final
exams, end of semester, etc.).

Alternatively, I'd like to echo Carlos message to councilors that know that
they won't be able to attend to future meetings, as this reduces the number
of people needed to reach quorum. This may seem a bit harsh, but I am not
proposing anything that I wouldn't do myself (i.e., if I can't attend the
April and May meetings, I'll simply resign to make it easier for you all to
meet, if it helps). We really should think about how this looks from the
outside; it is simply unbecoming for the body of representatives to be
unable to carry simple duties.

Thanks,
Angelica
