[GSA Council] ***New Meeting Dates for March

Thanks for providing clarity on that Thufile and I agree with you. I will
continue efforts to have a meeting in March. Judging from below the 27th
may not work, but the 30th seems to be popular. If I exclude Nura from
that, we have 7 councillors out of 9 needed. So if at least two can shift
their commitments around that day may work. Alternatively, I have also
added some weekend dates 24th, 25th and 31st if that works better for
