[GSA Council] ***New Meeting Dates for March

Hello Everybody,

Regarding having no council meeting for a long time which is definitely bad
for GSA, I agree with Carlos. What he said looks the only way to reach
quorum.

I can understand if the Council meeting dates do not match with some
directors' availabilities, but if some of the directors do not even put a
few minutes to declare their availabilities and hence no quorum, then what
is the solution?

At last, I hope to see you all in the next council meeting.
