[GSA Council] ***New Meeting Dates for March

Hello all, I am very discouraged as my efforts to bring you all together
for a meeting in March have failed repeatedly. It is important for the
councillors whose schedules have become too busy or for whatever other
reason cannot make themselves more available to consider stepping away from
council. This will have two effects, firstly, it will allow us to reach
quorum more easily; secondly, it will allow other individuals with more
time to step in and become more involved.

The idea behind the bylaws stating that meeting dates must be selected in
advance of the semester is so that individuals can fix the dates in their
schedules and work their other commitments around those dates (other than
extraneous circumstances). This has worked very well in the past.

I have given up trying to schedule a March meeting. I will send a separate
email for two meetings in April. As always, any suggestions or feedback are
welcome.
