[GSA Council] Important: Upcoming General Assembly

Small typo (in bolded underlined text), to re-clarify:

Secondly, regarding the AGENDA. Following the bylaws that are outlined to
ensure oversight and governance,

change much is insufficient and opens the GSA to further controversy and
