[GSA Council] Notice of resignation.

Hello everyone,

I do agree with Breanna,and I hope we can have our meeting as soon as
possible.
We shouldn't forget the days we were talking about this responsibility to
collect vote. We all have a commitment to GSA members who vote for us and
also to us as Breanna mentioned.

I am looking forward to seeing you all in the council meeting.
