[GSA Council] IMPORTANT: Meeting dates

Thanks Krupa! I made a mistake, we actually need 9 councillors, not 8.
Updated numbers below:

Mar 21 Wed 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM *(Chair and 6 councillors can attend of 9
needed*)
