[GSA Council] GSA Council Meeting - June

Hello all,

Please be advised that the we have the minimum of 10 councillors committed
to the GSA council meeting on Tuesday 26th of June 2018, 6pm to 9:30pm.

folder currently holds an early draft of the agenda so check it out again
closer to the meeting for a more updated agenda and any other related
materials that we post there.

Please arrive at 6pm sharp to complete the sign-in sheet. As per our bylaws
you will not be entitled to payment if you do not complete the sign in
sheet at 6pm. Always make sure that you have signed to avoid any problems.

Also, since we have exactly quorum (10 people), if anyone decides to leave
early or not show up at all we will be unable to have an official meeting
where decisions can be made and motions passed. Hence, it will be a waste
of time, effort and money. If you have indicated your availability then
please ensure to arrive on time and remain for the entire scheduled meeting.
