[GSA Council] Training session for GSA council meetings

Hello all,

I am offering a training session regarding the GSA monthly council meetings
for all those (both executives and councillors) who can attend on Monday
18th of June at 2pm in the GSA House (2030 Mckay Avenue). For those who
cannot attend your colleagues can fill you in on the pertinent details or
you can email me directly with any specific questions.

Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:

-Importance of council meetings
-Knowledge of the Bylaws
-The meeting facilitator's role and responsibilities
-Monthly meeting scheduling
-How meetings are conducted
-Roberts Rules
-Meeting agenda (template)
-Minute taking (template)
-The Chair's role and responsibilities
-The Councillors' role and responsibilities

I am not setting an ending time to the meeting to allow us as much time as
needed to go over pertinent details and do a Q & A.
