The meeting will be at the Hall Building Rm 613. Please attend promptly at
5pm to fill out the sign-in sheet and prepare for the start of the meeting.

I have included a minutes template for the minute taker to use.

Reminder for the executive team: please ensure that a spare laptop is
available for minute taking and remember to take the projector in case one
is not available in the meeting room.
