[GSA Council] Feb 27th Council Meeting Package

Hello,

   I have a class on Tuesdays until 6 p.m and it takes time (15 to 30
minutes) until I reach the meeting venue. Unfortunately, both previous
meetings were at the same time. I showed up to both meetings right after my
class and both were cancelled before I arrive although days before the
meeting scheduled dates I noted that I will come right after my class in
both cases.
