[GSA Council] Feb 27th Council Meeting Package

Hello,

I tried to Passover after my exam to the meeting & I'm sorry to know about
the cancellation again. I agree to Geoff, it really been scheduled during
my classes hours. My suggestion to Carlos is to make convient meeting hours
asking everyone's availability once again just so to avoid the cancellation
in future .

I hope we can make it with the quoram in the next GSA council.
