[GSA Council] Feb 27th Council Meeting Package

Hello everyone

As we did not reach quorum by 6pm, the meeting is cancelled, again. 

I have to say that this is very disappointing and disrespectful to those GSA members that showed up. Moreover, a reporter from the Concordia Link was here, but as well as two graduate students.
