[GSA Council] Executive Pay for January

Hello all, I would like to inform everyone that since we were unable to
make quorum for the January 2018 council meeting by default the executives
will receive their full bursary for the month without council assessment as
per the executive bursary policy. (

"In case, of not being able to have a council meeting because of not
achieving quorum, the applicant would get paid without any assessment,
because of the above mentioned reasons. "
