[GSA Council] 2nd Reminder: August council meeting directors' availability

Dear GSA directors,

Unfortunately, the August GSA council meeting has not reached the quorum
which is at least 9 directors yet! Until now, 8 directors plus the chair
submitted their availability.

Since we need 9 directors plus the chair to have the meeting, I am not
closing the poll at 7 p.m. *Please *submit your availability as early as
you can, *otherwise there will be no GSA council meeting for August.*
