[GSA Council] GSA Council May 2018 Meeting

[meeting facilitator]

Hello all, it doesn't seem like we will be having a May meeting since I
cannot get quorum for any of the potential dates and a number of people are
just not replying with their availability. There is nothing more I can do.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to proceed please let me know.
