Hello all, please find the agenda and draft of minutes for the minute taker
in this Link

agenda may seem a little sparse, but I am sure you will have items to bring
up during the meeting for new business. Since we did not have a lot of time
lead up to the meeting no executive/manager reports are available. Under
such extraneous conditions I recommend that the council members agree to
receive a brief verbal report from any executives or managers present at
the meeting and have your questions answered.
