[GSA Council] Important Information for Council Meeting Tomorrow

Good morning all,

Please be informed that:

1. We have two outstanding motions (quorum and director dismissal) that
directly impact whether we can have a council meeting tomorrow. The current
results of these motions indicate that we can go ahead with our meeting
tomorrow. I have decided to finalize these two motions now to give us some
more time to send out an email informing members of the meeting tomorrow.
Obviously, this is not inline with bylaws, but under current circumstances
we are left with no choice.

2. Please send me any motions you have for tomorrow's meeting so that I can
put an agenda together. Otherwise, any motions will have to be brought up
during the meeting itself.

3. Fatemeh, Krupa, Parth, Angelica, Fatina, Manoj, Nishant, Geoff have
confirmed attendance for tomorrow's meeting. Please ensure you can stay for
the whole meeting otherwise quorum will be lost. Hopefully more councillors
will be able to drop in as well.

4. Sign-in will take place at 5:30pm at the GSA House with the meeting
starting at 6pm. Please be informed that that Chair may be arriving close
to 6pm due to another meeting she has.
