[GSA Council] ***Vote for Fall meetings again***

Hello all, for those who have not done so yet, please take a few minutes of
time today to fill the poll for your availability. As mentioned earlier in
the week* I will close the polls sometime this afternoon* and the dates
that have the most availability will be set. As of now, people who have
voted:

October:

We have 20 councillors, it seems that a number of you have yet to take the
poll (similarly with the earlier poll that I posted). I agreed to allow
some flexibility on the polling because some of you requested a little more
time so that you know your schedules for the semester better. Clearly this
was a mistake on *my* part (as well, it goes against the bylaws which
require that the semester dates are finalized within 10 days from the start
of the semester). I can guarantee you that if we continue on this path we
will have 3 more meetings left this semester with no quorum, nothing will
get done, and we will have some very angry, and rightfully so, students at
the GA to deal with.

Moving forward, I will post the doodle for voting at the start of the
semester and will leave it open for 1 week only so that the dates can be
finalized within our mandated 10 days, with no exceptions. As another
reminder, *I will be closing the current polls this afternoon.*
