The council Chair is unable to make the initial meeting date due to a
conflict with a class as was indicated on Doodle so *please delete the
prior email I sent*.

The next best alternative is on *Thursday 28th September, 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM*.
Many of you have indicated that you are unable to attend on that day. If
your plans happen to change before then please try to make it to the
meeting, even if it is for a brief time.
