Hi Angelica,

Yes. You are right. As I have requested the council just to approve November’s talk session urgently (if they found it suitable) because it gives us a time to manage it in an intense timing. December’s event will be analyzed budget wise in another Student Life Committee in the week after the council meeting. Then we can provide budget details to the council and get them approved. As you said, talk session and deep immersions do not require any budget. (Maybe a coffee/snack for the talk session)

My understanding is that the November mental health initiative + the deep immersions ideas don't require any funds. Though I think that it was discussed during the meeting that a tentative budget for the December events would be presented to the directors later (maybe not in this week’s meeting, but the one after).
