[GSA Council] Open and Closed Minutes for 30 Oct Council Meeting

Hi Everyone,
The motion-23 passed near unanimously with 1 abstention. I think that
should have been 100% clear that this was important to the directors,
please do not wait for this vote to complete to take action on the issue,
we had a significant discussion in the session which should have left the
clarity of the importance of this issue.
I understand that the activity of participating in the meeting and
documenting minutes/votes can be difficult, especially using a projected
version of MS Word as a template, some typos will happen.
