[GSA Council] Open and Closed Minutes for 30 Oct Council Meeting

Hello All,

In motion 23, not just repetition of names, three other directors names
(Rouzbeh, Manoj, Anza) are missing who were present in the meeting. Now we
don't know what was their vote choice.
If we consider everything, I don't know whether motion will pass or not.

Anyways, though calling by "Against Abstain" is faster, I would highly
suggest we go back to previous practice, calling each by names. So, each
director will give their vote by themselves whether its For, Against or
Abstain. This process will be definitely effective and also gives time for
minute taker in writing or correcting names.
Please think over it. So that such situation won't be repeated.
