Hi there

Thufile is correct for the motion -23. It was passed. I think that when the notetaker was cutting and pasting there was an error.

Moreover, quorum was lost at 8:40p, not 8:30p.

Re: voting, definitely can go back to roll call... I noticed yesterday there were some issues with the against/abstain process that required a double check... or we can adopt an electronic voting process to keep things moving. I think quite a few issues happened where people changed their votes in the process once they saw how others voted. So the notetaker had to quickly change everything again. That was particularly the issue in closed session... I cant remember during the open session if it also pertained.

Another option is a grid process for doing the roll call. To avoid bogging down the notetaker, as chair, I would have an excel and I would do roll call, and I would just quickly put an F (for for), A (for against), Ab (for abstain). This would reduce the need for the cut and paste which is part of what slows the roll call process. So the excel could be names on all the rows, then a column for each motion, and then it can also be programmed to autosum, and we could easily determine whether it is passed or not, rather than counting the names in the listed roll call in the minutes. The notetaker then just has to write if it passed and I can append the excel to the minutes.

Just a thought :)

Thanks
