[GSA Council] Winter Council Meeting Dates (update)

Hello all,

As agreed to at the council meeting yesterday, the March 30th meeting is
being changed to March 23rd. The venue will be announced as soon as
possible.

Original date:
Thursday 30th March from 5 to 8pm

New date:
*Thursday 23rd March from 5 to 8pm*

Mark your calendars, and for those of you who cannot attend please send me
regrets at the earliest.
