[GSA Council] Concerns regarding the Le 1000 Ice Skating Rink Event

Hi Guys


I'm so sorry hearing this issue.

I asked from our staff about this form (with all details) and I was really
not informed that it has not been closed after #80 (I really had to double
check this issue with them). I am asking you to count it as a human mistake
and you guys are free to decide (in upcoming council meeting)  if we need
to do another event like this. I am ready to order more of these
certificates and we will manage to distribute them as you guys decide this
time.
