[GSA Council] Concerns regarding the Le 1000 Ice Skating Rink Event

Hello everyone,

Thanks a lot for your valuable feedback.

I would like to draw your attention that it always goes the other way around. We plan for a certain number of students ahead, depending on the amount of money allocated to each event, and then we open the registration. We cannot allow unlimited number of students, as we have limited budget. However, we will consider discussing this issue in the next council meeting and take actions accordingly.

Once again, thanks for drawing our attention to that issue and looking forward to discussing it in our next council meeting.
