[GSA Council] Concerns regarding the Le 1000 Ice Skating Rink Event

Dear All,

I was one of the people who was *denied ticket to the ice skating event*
even after the registration.

I want to *raise my dissatisfaction* towards this event hosted by GSA and a
concern about how it may have *dented image of GSA* with other fellow
graduate students.

Correct me if I am wrong, almost *500 students got registered* and we had *70
tickets*. Hence we had to turn down* 430 students*.Also *first come first
serve basis* for registered students was *not even mentioned* till Monday
afternoon. I believe this has not gone well with the students.

This is really not an acceptable standard. I request you all to *consider
opening another event* *for ice skating* since this event *got a huge
response *from students.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
