[GSA Council] Special GSA Training Session and May Council Meeting

Thank you for your thoughtful comments Sherif. We always strive to be
considerate of everyone, unfortunately in this case we are not left with
many options and are doing the best we can. Moving forward things will
be organized giving everyone enough time to plan ahead.
