[GSA Council] Special GSA Training Session and May Council Meeting

Hello Carlos,
Unfortunately, I cannot make it on the dates/times indicated in the doodle for both the training and the the council meeting. 
It would be great if we can organize meetings in a way thar is more accommodating to everyone's schedule by considering timely delivery of notifications for meetings (beyond a 7 days time frame). 
I understand and share the excitement and eagerness for jumping​ right into work at the start of our mandare, however in order to ensure fair and considerate treatment, I think everyone deserves to be timely notified in order to plan forward.

Hello all,
I am the GSA meeting facilitator, my role is to schedule and prepare you for the GSA council meetings. The meetings loosely operate on the Robert's Rules (see link at end of email) to ensure that the meeting flows efficiently and fairly to everyone. 

I would like to invite you all to a special training session this week, I know it is short notice, but we must get this training session in as soon as possible. As well, this will also be a good opportunity to meet your other colleagues.
