[GSA Council] Adjustment to 13th June Meeting

Hello all,

For transparency I am required to let you know that a councillor (Rouzbeh)
has requested that a note be added to the June 13th, 2017 minutes as a
support to his decision to vote as he did. He wanted to bring this up in
the council meeting yesterday, but was unable because time ran out.

Since this is just adding a note for clarification I do not feel the need
for this to go through council. I have made the changes both in the closed
session minutes as well as the open session minutes. The change is
highlighted so it is easy for you to find.
