If anyone has a problem accessing these please email me immediately so we
can resolve any problems. It is your responsibility to go over all the
materials prior to the meeting.

As a remind, the meeting officially starts at 5:30pm on Wed July 5th and
you are required to sign in at 5pm. Any one who cannot attend, please send
me regrets in advance.
