Hello all,

I hope everyone had a productive and relaxing reading week.

This is a reminder to please send me any motions you have by Friday 3rd of
March for inclusion in out next agenda. Our next meeting will take place on
Thursday March 9th, 3 to 6pm. Please arrive by 2:30pm to sign-in. The venue
will be announced at a later date.
