[GSA Council] Winter Council Meeting Dates

Hello all, I received some emails asking me where the council meeting is
going to be held today, clearly their is some confusion on this. As per my
last email, the February council meeting cannot be held in February for a
variety of reasons already discussed. So instead it will be held on
Thursday *MARCH 9th*, the venue will be determined closer to then.

March: Thursday 30th March from 5 to 8pm
April: Thursday 20th April from 4 to 7pm
