Hi Esmaeel,

Thanks for sending your feedback. In response to the points you have raised:

1. The bylaws changes have been been proposed in two ways to clarify any ambiguity that might arise: (1) Motion for each and every change has been drafted so that people can track them and approve accordingly, (2) New and old bylaws documents attached with the package. Thus, adding the document with track changes or red font will be just a duplication to what has been already done. Besides, there are lots of changes that make it even unfeasible to easily track changes (I.e. A paper which needs a major revision).

2. The financial statement is right after this empty page. It acts as a cover page for the financial statement not more.
