Hi Carlos,

The changes that has been applied on the By-law is not clear. The best
method is to show the changes on the By-law by *red font.*

If something has been removed it should be sown like tracking in the office
word. If you need sample please let me know I can sent it for you.

Why in 2.2 Financial Statement Update: section there is no information?
