[GSA Council] GA Meeting Package for Approval

Hello Keroles,

Thanks a lot for your prompt response and valuable feedback. Here is my response/actions to the highlighted issues:

1. It is already presented as a new bylaws. Thus, i will add the old and new bylaws as PDF and I think leaving it with track changes will be so much headache for someone to track and that's why we summarized them into motions to make them easier for people to open the 2 documents and check the changes made. (Action item: New and Old versions of the bylaws to be added to the package)

2. I will double-check with the finance manager and make the necessary changes to remove any ambiguities. (Action item: Financial statement will be reviewed and the new version will be sent out by tomorrow)

2'. The winter orientation costs were covered from the endowment fund from the dean of students. So, we spent nothing from our budget. That's why, you see it as 0. (Action item: None)

3. I just wanted to highlight on the sustainability and accessibility policies. However, I can remove the part of the sustainability committee to avoid any misleading statements and let's hope the committee meets when you get safely back. (Action item: Sustainability Committee will be removed)

Once again, Thanks a lot for pointing out those issues and looking forward to hearing the others' feedback soon.

N.B: I will be sending the updated package tomorrow with those changes and any other changes that might come up today.
