[GSA Council] Winter Council Meeting Dates

I am sorry Azam, I cannot do so. I am following the Bylaws for setting the
Winter meeting dates. During the January meeting if you and your fellow
councillors decide to set new dates for the Winter semester I will be more
than happy to facilitate the process after that meeting. Otherwise I do not
want to add further confusion to the process as happened in Fall.

Many thanks and I will await to hear in January on how to proceed.
