[GSA Council] Fall GSA Council Meeting Dates

Hello Rouzbeh, I suppose this shouldn't be much of an issue. I will expect
everyone to state their preference by *September 8th for the September
meeting*. As for October, November and December I will extend that to
up to *September
25th*, hopefully by then most people will know their schedules.
