Hello all, please be advised that their is now an updated version of the

Please let me know if you have any difficulty accessing it.

I should also inform everyone that I will be unable to attend tomorrow's
meeting as well as the meeting during the Fall semester (discussed with
Srinivas already). To ensure a smooth transition to the designated minute
taker I have attached a minutes template with a number of the fields
populated.

As always I shall continue my regular duties remotely as per my mandate and
will be available to answer any questions and provide any direction through
email.

For those unable to attend tomorrow's meeting please send me your regrets.
I will also be sending 4 doodle links to allow you to vote for the Fall
meeting dates as per our bylaws.
