[GSA Council] **New Date: GSA Council Meeting 18th May 2017.

Hello all,

After some requests for a date change and considering peoples feedback I
have decided to move the date to Thursday 18th May from 4:30pm to
7:30pm. Sign in time is at 4pm. I am sorry if this is an inconvenience for
some of you, but I tried to ensure that it happens at a time that we can
maintain quorum.
