[GSA Council] Motions for next agenda

Hello Carlos,

I would like to add a motion for the Council to approve a draft of the GSA
Extra Curricular Engagement Program for course-based students drafted by
the GSA Faculty Manager. I have been approached by many students in my
department and others about such funding so I decided to see if there was
something like this underway in the GSA. I am attaching the draft of the
policy to be sent and read by counselors prior to our October 27 meeting. I
will be presenting the policy as it is and accepting any suggestions
counselors have for the policy.
