[GSA Council] Special Council Meeting Cancelled - Voting by Email

Hi All,
I think we should have meeting to discuss these critical changes rather
than sharing views on email.It is my suggestion.We have almost 3 weeks for
GA. Meeting dates can be reworked again with more options.
