[GSA Council] Special Council Meeting Cancelled - Voting by Email

Hello Everyone!

This is to bring into notice of all the members here, as per the By-Laws we
need to have 2 General Assemblies each semester for GSA. If we are going to
have 1st GA on 7th November 2016 then when will be the second GA occur as
we will be approaching final exam time soon.

Just a heads-up. Lets plan accordingly to follow our by-laws exactly.
