[GSA Council] Special Council Meeting Date - Monday 17th 4PM

We have reached quorum for our special meeting on Monday 17th at 4PM.

As mentioned earlier this should be a very short meeting to pass through a
few motions regarding the GA.

Since we are exactly at quorum I urge you to make sure to make it to the
meeting otherwise it will be a wasted effort. Please arrive early so that
we can complete the sign in sheet and promptly move to our meeting. The
meeting package will be sent shortly.
