[GSA Council] Special Council Meeting - New Dates

Hello all,

We have not been able to secure quorum for the recommended special council
meeting dates. I have added two new dates in the following week, please
indicate your preference for this meeting.

Even though these are two hour slots we expect that the meeting will not
last longer than 1 hour and we will be moving through a very short agenda.

It is critical for us to vote through these items as they relate directly
to the GA coming up soon.
